  • Define and validate statutory compliance requirements, asset data, certification, and governance arrangements during onboarding.
  • Support go/no‑go readiness decisions from a technical compliance perspective.
  • Contribute expert input to bid submissions, technical risk assessments, and cost models.

  • Formally appointed Authorised Person (AP), Senior Authorised Person (SAP), Responsible Person (RP), or Authorising Engineer (AE) in one or more hard services disciplines.
  • Strong working knowledge of statutory and best‑practice compliance frameworks across electrical, mechanical, water hygiene, confined spaces, and environmental systems (including EAWR, PSSR, Gas Safety, L8/HSG
    274, F‑Gas, TM44, and ESOS).
  • Proven experience delivering statutory compliance assurance across large, complex, multi‑site portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior operational teams and clients through technical authority and professional judgement, without formal line management responsibility.
  • Excellent technical writing, audit reporting, and stakeholder communication…
