) – Full time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working. Salary from £57,600 per annum (DOE), plus 10% bonus and Bupa benefits. Advert closes Friday 26th June 2026.
As Contracts & Pricing Manager, you will shape how we price, contract and deliver care across UK and international insurers, self‑pay patients and embassy‑funded care. You will be a key commercial contact for insurers and a driver of sustainable growth while supporting exceptional patient care across Cromwell Hospital, King Edward VII Hospital, London Medical, Basinghall Clinic and the new Bupa Health Care Canary Wharf.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage pricing strategies across key payor groups, including UK and international insurers, self‑pay patients, and embassy‑funded care.
- Own and manage complex insurer relationships, acting as a commercial contact for pricing, contract and billing discussions.
- Drive and support negotiations, using financial insight and market awareness to achieve sustainable and competitive outcomes.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated pricing models to inform decision‑making, forecasting and long‑term strategy.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and Operations to align pricing with broader business objectives.
- Resolve payor pricing and billing queries, ensuring clarity, accuracy and strong ongoing relationships.
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimisation, balancing revenue, competitiveness and patient value.
- Ensure pricing activity complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in pricing, finance or a commercial role within a healthcare setting (desirable).
- Excellent negotiation skills, confident in supporting or leading commercial discussions with external partners.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and financial models.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex information clearly.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams and levels.
- Proactive approach with willingness to challenge and improve processes.
