Finance Manager

We are currently partnering with a confidential organisation seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join its growing team. This is a broad, hands-on role with significant responsibility across full P&L ownership, financial control, and support on bids and tenders.
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of the full P&L, providing accurate insight into performance, trends, and commercial drivers.
Lead monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Support the preparation of bids and tenders, ensuring strong financial modelling, pricing input, and commercial review.
Partner closely with operational and senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and improve profitability.
Maintain robust financial controls, processes, and reporting standards.
Provide clear commentary and recommendations to support business growth and strategic planning.
Manage and develop finance processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Support audit, compliance, and wider finance projects as required.
About you
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
Proven experience operating in a commercially focused role with full P&L responsibility.
Strong track record in supporting bids and tenders.
Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
