FP&A Analyst

Join our dynamic Finance Department as an FP&AAnalyst, contributing to the accuracy and insightfulness of our financial reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a finance-oriented individual to shape the future alongside a collaborative team.

• Monthly Management Accounts:
  Prepare precise and timely monthly management accounts, conducting variance analysis against Budget
• Journal Creation:
  Calculate and comprehend accruals, prepayments, allocations, and payroll for accurate financial recording
• Cash Flow Management:
  Feed into the cash flow forecast to ensure effective financial planning
• Process Improvement:
  Contribute to the creation of 'AS-IS' and 'TO-BE' processes for continuous improvement
• Cost Control Culture:
  Advocate cost awareness and adherence to control procedures, ensuring proper sign-off and authorisation processes
• Project Work:
  Undertake project work as needed to enhance financial processes continuously

• Good GCSEs (Maths & English) and/or A levels/NVQ (or equivalent)
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering solid relationships internally and externally
• Demonstrate the ability to continuously improve processes and identify enhancement opportunities
• Be a collaborative team player with a hands-on approach to tasks
• Possess excellent Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Apps (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, One Note)
• Display outstanding attention to detail in a hands‑on capacity
