Hairdresser & Beautician

Location: Osterley, West London.
Position: Full-Time / Part-Time.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience. We are looking for a talented, friendly, and experienced Hairdresser and Beautician to join our professional ladies' beauty salon in the Osterley area of West London
. The successful candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry, provide excellent customer service, and be confident in delivering high-quality hair and beauty treatments.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a professional salon
  .
• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing and/or Beauty Therapy
  .
• Strong practical skills and knowledge of current hair and beauty techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A professional, friendly, and reliable attitude.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer care.

• Providing professional hairdressing services, including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments.
• Delivering a range of beauty treatments according to the candidate's skills and qualifications.
• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommending suitable services.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment.
• Keeping up to date with current beauty and hair trends and techniques.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the salon and working effectively as part of the team.

• The successful candidate must be able to provide satisfactory professional references
  , which will be checked before employment is confirmed.
• Priority will be given to candidates who hold a recognised Hydra Facial qualification and have proven experience providing Hydra Facial treatments
  .
• Candidates with additional relevant beauty therapy qualifications and specialist treatment experience will also be considered favourably.
