We are a specialist warehouse recruitment company based around the Heathrow area, supplying reliable and skilled workforce solutions to a wide range of logistics clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organised Operations Consultant to join our office-based team.

Role Overview

As an Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and operational coordination for our warehouse clients. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining excellent client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit warehouse operatives for client sites including cargo, parcel, courier, and perishable warehouses

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: advertising roles, screening candidates, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance checks

  • Coordinate daily workforce requirements and ensure client staffing needs are met

  • Maintain regular communication with warehouse clients to understand demand, performance, and feedback

  • Manage candidate availability, shift allocations, and attendance

  • Ensure all recruitment activities meet legal and compliance standards (right to work, documentation, etc.)

  • Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally

  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment and operational processes

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, operations, logistics, or warehouse staffing (preferred)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Confident using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates

  • Flexibility to support operational needs when required
