British Airways seeks a Learning Data & Insights Lead to drive the analytics strategy within the Global Learning Academy. You’ll shape reporting, develop dashboards, and translate learning data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
In this fixed-term role, you’ll collaborate with Learning, IT, and Business teams to ensure data quality, governance and impact measurement across the learning portfolio, enabling better decisions and outcomes for colleagues.
