I am helping my client recruit for a few Damp and Mould/Repairs Surveyors on an interim basis.
You'll be joining a reputable organisation renowned for its dedication to high-quality care and compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive Damp and Mould Inspector eager to make an immediate impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Carry out standard day-to-day maintenance tasks.
- Perform reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
- Organise and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
- Identify the cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site whilst repairs are being carried out.
- Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties.
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
- Experience with in social housing.
- Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections.
- 3-month contract, with potential to extend.
- Negotiable rate DOE.
