We are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing the Volvo, Hyundai, Polestar, Lotus, Alpine, Omoda and Jaecoo brands across dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex. We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Used Car Sales Manager to join our team.

The Used Car Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales Executives focused on used car sales. You will be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction while driving profitable business expansion. As a customer‑focused manager, you will inspire your team to retain loyal customers and attract new business through exceptional customer relations, coaching and motivation.

You are curious, creative, enthusiastic, a customer‑centric mindset, strong communicator, empathetic, full of energy and self‑motivated, never settling for the status quo.

As a leader you are supportive of your team, provide high level support for their development, guide and communicate clearly to maintain a trusting environment and bring out the best in the team.

• More than 2 years as a Transaction/Business Manager in the automotive industry
• Sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices
• Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, eye for detail and strong entrepreneurial spirit
