We're recruiting for an Area Manager to join a successful and established retail business, leading a portfolio of stores across Surrey and South West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who enjoys developing teams, improving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• £35,000 salary + company car or car allowance

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead and support a portfolio of stores, coaching Store Managers to achieve sales growth, strong operational standards and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple stores to deliver sales and profit targets
• Coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams
• Driving KPI performance and commercial results
• Identifying opportunities to improve store performance
• Supporting recruitment, training and succession planning
• Maintaining excellent operational and brand standards

You’ll have experience managing multiple sites within retail, fashion, food retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment

You'll bring:

• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-Site Manager
• A strong commercial mindset with experience driving sales performance
• The ability to coach, develop and motivate Store Managers
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on approach with a passion for customer service
• A full UK driving licence
