What we re looking for
- Marketing Executive ready for a step up, or Senior Exec seeking more ownership.
- Strong digital marketing skills, particularly PPC and paid media.
- Familiarity with AI tools and social media fundamentals.
- Experience with SEO, GA, campaign reporting, and managing agencies.
- Degree / CIM qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns with a strong digital focus, supporting the Marketing & DTC Director.
- Manage a Marketing Executive and guide agency partners across PPC, SEO, display, and paid media.
- Apply AI and social media fundamentals to improve content, engagement, and reporting.
- Optimise website content and track performance using Google Analytics.
- Support events, retail activity, and ensure consistent messaging with Sales & E-commerce.
- £35,000 £ 40,000 + KPI Bonus, 25 days holiday, private medical, pension & life insurance
