West London NHS Trust is seeking a Specialist Children Looked After Nurse to provide care for looked-after children aged 0–17. The role is based at Heart of Hounslow Centre for Health, with clinics and outreach across the community.
Flexible to meet service needs, two days per week minimum, Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:00pm. The successful candidate will be an experienced nurse with NMC registration and background in safeguarding and public health nursing.
