We are looking for a Head Chef for our popular neighbourhood brasserie. Offering a menu comprised of classic dishes with some modern additions, the successful Head Chef will be offer a starting salary of £40,000
Role Overview- Head Chef
- 1200 Covers Per Week
- Brigade of 9 Chefs

As Head Chef, you will work alongside our GM and Group Ops Director to plan and source all future menus. We make all dishes freshly on site, so a Head Chef from a fresh food kitchen is essential.
Leading the brigade of 9 chefs, and catering for an average of 1200 covers per week, this is a high pressured, fast paced kitchen.
We are looking for a Head Chef with a love for classic dishes – recognisable, comfort food. We do not consider ourselves to be ‘fine dining’, but we do pride ourselves on quality & consistency.
Due to the size of the challenge provided in this position we are looking for a Head Chef with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role – we do not feel this position would suit a Sous looking to step up.
We are looking to begin interviewing Head Chefs right away, though the role becomes available in January 2019
