Responsibilities

• Delight and inspire every customer by leading a team that offers an exceptional retail experience with product knowledge and a touch of magic.

• Collate best practices with fellow Retail Store Managers, Area and Regional teams to encourage continuous growth across the teams.
• Drive retail commerciality to achieve fantastic sales and a high performance across all KPI’s.
• Maintain excellent standards and impeccable merchandising; from cleanliness to pricing everything must be picture‑perfect.
• Be on the front lines shoulder‑to‑shoulder with your team, creating an environment always ready to welcome customers with open arms.
• Transform the space to align with the Matrix and adopt the hottest seasonal trends.
• Merchandise master: effortlessly place products in both planogrammed and non‑planogrammed spaces; manage a high SKU count like a game of Tetris.
