Overview
Loom Talent are looking to recruit a Sales Manager (Pallet Network) - South West. Our client is a market leader in the pallet network industry, renowned for its industry expertise and resilient service delivery, offering bespoke solutions tailored that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop sales and revenue opportunities across the network.
- Work with members to enhance commercial offerings and drive business growth.
- Support the onboarding of new members, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Review rate cards and pricing models with members.
- Promote network services in line with customer needs and market trends.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and commercial strategy.
- Report on performance and progress to senior commercial leadership.
To be considered for the Sales Manager (Pallet Network) - South West role, you will have:
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Previous pallet network sales experience (highly desirable).
- A strong logistics background within a sales or business development environment.
- Demonstrable leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of pricing structures, rate cards, cost models, and commercial performance metrics.
- Experience onboarding new clients and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to manage and deliver complex projects effectively.
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives and commercial campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercially focused mindset.
The role will cover locations across the South West and we can consider applicants from across the region but you will be required to visit HQ in the Midlands regularly.
CompensationYou will receive a competitive salary + car + OTE, through commission and incentives.
