We’re looking for someone to supervise a small team of security engineers. You’ll make sure CCTV, alarms, access control, fire safety systems, and other security equipment are installed, maintained, and working properly.
What you’ll do:- Lead your team day‑to‑day, helping them with tasks and training.
- Visit sites to check, fix, and maintain security and fire‑safety systems.
- Make sure work is safe, compliant, and done right.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors.
- Handle issues and incidents calmly and effectively.
- Keep simple records and report progress.
- £40,000–£45,000 per year
- Lead a small, skilled team
- Hands‑on role with variety every day
- Work that makes a real difference
- Experience in physical security or fire‑safety systems.
- Some experience leading or supervising a team.
- Practical problem‑solving skills.
- Good communicator, organised, and reliable.
- Driving licence for site visits.
