SIA Security Officer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a SIA Security Officer to work with a leading premium catering company in Hounslow. You will help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring access, conducting security checks, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with site and aviation security procedures.

• Any 5 days out of 7, on a rotational rota.
• Rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
• Flexibility to work both shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.

• 13.00 GBP hourly

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence.
• Complete 5-year work, education, and address history with no gaps.
• Basic DBS check and airside security clearance (support provided if needed).
• No unspent convictions that would prevent clearance.
• Overseas criminal record check if lived outside the UK for more than six months in the last five years.
• Long-term UK work rights (British Passport, ILR, or Settled Status) and HMRC employment history letter.

• Previous experience in aviation, logistics, or corporate security.
• CCTV experience.
• Knowledge of aviation security procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Calm and professional under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.

• Monitor site access and control entry points.
• Conduct regular security patrols and checks.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Ensure full compliance with aviation security protocols.
• Maintain accurate security logs and documentation.
