Employment Advisor – Restart Contract.

Permanent. Salary:
Circa £28,500.

Hours:

37.5 hours per week.

• Provide quality information, advice and guidance (IAG) to clients seeking employment as part of the Restart team in Hounslow.
• Support clients who are mid to long term unemployed.
• Complete an initial assessment with clients, devise SMART action plans to support progression; job brokerage; maintain compliant records of interventions.
• Manage the key outcomes of the programme and meet targets; follow compliance process requirements for the contract; manage your caseload and contribute to the wider team.
• Maintain excellent organisational and administration skills to cope with competing demands and tight deadlines.
• Qualify interest and suitability for the role; demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A qualification in Advice & Guidance would be advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
