Permanent Opportunity | Salary up to £50,000 + Bonuses | Hybrid Working

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Mental Health Teams within a progressive South West London Borough. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward‑thinking service that invests heavily in its staff and promotes career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake assessments of individual and carer needs, risks, and strengths to promote independence and prevent harm
  • Work in partnership with service users and carers using a person‑centred approach
  • Apply core social work values and principles to guide professional practice
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and choice in line with strengths‑based practice
Requirements
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Successful completion of ASYE
  • Post‑qualifying experience within Adult Social Care
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and local authority responsibilities in safeguarding vulnerable adults
  • Right to work in the UK
