Venn Group is working with a Local Authority in Hounslow to find an experienced Housing Allocations Officer. The successful candidate will deliver a customer-focused housing allocations service, assisting applicants in accessing social housing and related support.
Key responsibilities include assessing applications, advising on housing options, and supporting vulnerable residents. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. The position is based on-site for 2 days a week and is set to last 7-8 months.
