What You'll Be Doing:- Supporting adults affected by drug and alcohol misuse through strengths-based assessments and interventions.
- Managing a varied caseload, creating tailored support plans that promote recovery and independence.
- Working closely with healthcare professionals, housing providers, probation services, and other partner agencies.
- Completing risk assessments and safeguarding interventions where required.
- Building positive relationships with service users, empowering them to achieve their recovery goals.
- Contributing to multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated, person-centred support.
- Promoting long-term wellbeing through effective care planning and regular reviews.

- Qualified Social Worker.
- Current registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Experience working within Adult Social Care, Substance Misuse, Mental Health, or a related service.
- Confident in completing assessments, care planning, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and person-centred practice.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Full UK driving licence.
