Aviation & Cargo Environment Taylor Stevenson are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers / Warehouse Operatives to join a leading and well-established aviation cargo operation based at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with valid FLT experience who are looking for stable, long-term work within a secure and fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Certificate essential Previous FLT experience within a warehouse or logistics environment Flexibility to work various shifts Willingness to undertake FLT assessment conducted by the clients in-house FLT trainer Ability to work as part of a team and follow aviation safety procedures Shift Patterns 4 on / 2 off 4 on / 4 off Majority of shifts are nights;

however, flexibility for days is required Pay Rates First 12 weeks: ?? £13.10 per hour After 12 weeks: ?? £14.00 per hour (standard rate) ?? £17.00 per hour
