Role Purpose
:
Responsible for allocating and managing a shift of 150-200 staff, including de-icers, aircraft cleaners, and drivers, ensuring aircraft are de-iced, cleaned, and serviced according to airline standards and timelines.

Responsibilities
:

• Understand airline standards and requirements.
• Allocate staff and equipment to flights.
• Communicate with customers via flight liaising and phone.
• Perform office coordinator duties as needed.
• Complete delay, accident, and shift reports.
