DO & CO is seeking a Flight Coordinator Supervisor for our luxury airline catering unit. You will supervise Flight Coordinators, allocate resources, manage safety standards, and investigate delays or incidents. Based in the airside office with mobile duties across the airport terminal, you will deputise for the Airside Manager when required.
You will lead a team, uphold DO & CO quality, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with Transport and Dispatch to meet customer requirements.
