Ramp and Baggage Agent

As part of continued development, Cobalt are recruiting professional and enthusiastic individuals to join their busy and dynamic Ramp and Baggage team in Heathrow Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world's most prestigious airlines.

As a Ramp Services Agent your key responsibilities include:

• Transportation of baggage and cargo between terminalbuildings and aircraft
• Loading and unloading aircraft within specified turnaround time
• Sortation of baggage, scanning tags for flights, loading containers and trailers
• Delivery and collection of mail and freight from various airside locations

All duties will include the use of large goods vehicles or specialist ground handling equipment. An awareness of health and safety and safe working practices is important, although full training is provided.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player and be able to maintain a safe and secure working environment. In addition, you will have:

Full UK manual driving licence (max 3 penalty points)
A minimum of 1 year of recent driving experience

Be prepared and able to work rotating shift patterns (early and late shifts) over a 7 day working week

Be aware that the role involves significant manual handling and working outside
