• Conduct tax interviews face‑to‑face and via virtual tools—video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate client growth, increase retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide IRS support and meet state and IRS requirements.
• Mentor and support teammates.
• Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Sales and/or marketing experience
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher

• Drive business growth and client retention through excellent client service.
• Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing.
• Comfort working with virtual tools—video, phone, and chat.
• Mentor and support teammates in a fast‑paced environment.
