Key Responsibilities- Manage month‑end and quarter‑end close to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations for complex accounts.
- Serve as the main contact for balance sheet and risk management inquiries.
- Identify process improvements and support audits and special projects.
- Mentor junior accountants and promote best practices.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or shared services setting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems (Workday preferred).
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
