Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 + Bonus

• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts for assigned properties.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and record any reconciling items.
• Oversee month‑end close, ensuring tenant ledgers align with the general ledger.
• Manage property cash balances, submit funding requests, and approve bills.
• Collaborate with Property Managers and Supervisors to produce clean, accurate financials for ownership.

• 3+ years of accounting experience in real estate or property management.
• Strong understanding of GL accounting, reconciliations, and month‑end close.
• Proficiency in property management/accounting systems such as Res Mon (or Real Page, Yardi, MRI, or similar).
