Annual Bonus

• Key leadership role within a privately held organization
• High-visibility position partnering closely with senior leadership
• Hands-on role with direct influence over accounting operations, reporting, and controls
• Opportunity to lead and develop an established accounting function
• Broad scope across core accounting, reporting, and operational finance

• Oversee the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Manage core accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, and cash management
• Review financial statements and provide insights to leadership
• Lead and develop the accounting team while remaining hands-on as needed
• Ensure accurate accounting across multiple entities
• Coordinate with external advisors including auditors
• Strengthen processes, controls, and reporting as the business continues to evolve

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• Approximately 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior Assistant Controller or Controller experience within a similarly sized private company strongly preferred
• Public accounting professionals with significant relevant experience will also be considered
