• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Support A/P, A/R, and operational teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory and WIP reconciliation, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of general or cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or project-based environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Syteline preferred) and spreadsheet software.
