Key Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero).
- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
- Support bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Help prepare tax documents and other regulatory filings.
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
- Any other activity assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (recent graduate or final semester).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP preferred).
- Must speak Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Internship or academic project experience in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of Quick Books, Xero, or other software.
