Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client in West Houston, Westchase area is in search of a TEMP to HIRE Accounts Payable Specialist with 2+ years full cycle Accounts Payable experience. This is a temporary position. This position is 100% in office and the pay rate is $25-27/hr.

Responsibilities:

Processing invoices

3-way matching

Vendor statement reconciliations

Handle Vendor inquiries and discrepancies

Qualifications:

2+ years of recent full cycle accounts payable experience

Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience Required

Advanced Excel Skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

Associates Degree or higher

Salary $25-27/hr.
