Accounts Payable Processor

A healthcare system in Houston, TX is seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to join their team. In this is role you will be responsible for providing A/P support to the Finance department. Responsible for reviewing, researching and processing accounting payment documents including interpreting and applying established policies and procedures. Duties also include ensuring accurate, timely and discretionary processing of accounts payable functions.

This includes reviewing statements in excel and matching them to invoices. This is a hybrid position.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in an accounts payable environment

Experience processing NonPO invoices

Void and resissue check knowledge as well as experience with returned checks

Experience uploading and processing invoices

Experience with Lawson

Experience with Excel and Power Point

HS Diploma or GED

Very detail oriented and quick learner

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Expense Reporting processing knowledge
