What You'll Do as a Service Billing Clerk:

As a Service Billing Clerk, you'll support daily billing operations and ensure financial accuracy for the Service Department.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform basic accounting and billing support functions
• Post updates and changes to service work orders
• Verify, reconcile, and balance credit card statements
• Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and job counts for service departments
• Assist with reports, documentation, and additional projects as assigned
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and support overall department efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
