Our client, one of the world's leading manufacturers and providers of material handling, automation and fleet solutions, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Accountant
Location: Houston, Texas 77043 (must be located within 30 minutes)
Pay Range: $22-26/hr.
Job Type: Contract with the potential to convert/FTE
Schedule: M-F 40 hrs./wk. Hybrid
What's the Job?- Review and invoice orders for North and South American Dealers and National Accounts.
- Verify customer invoice and ship-to addresses for accuracy.
- Ensure correct pricing on invoices sent to Dealers and National Accounts customers for timely payment.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams and Dealers to process truck returns and miscellaneous debits/credits as needed.
- Handle invoice inquiries and requests from customers efficiently and professionally.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or related fields, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.
- ERP knowledge of AS400 and/or SAP systems preferred.
