• Lead the Corporate GL close process, ensuring timely, accurate reporting in a fast‑paced, acquisitive environment
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules while coaching a capable team
• Research and apply technical accounting guidance, including lease accounting and acquisition‑related matters
• Prepare audit schedules and serve as primary contact for external auditors
• Develop and enhance policies, SOPs, and internal controls to support scale
• Identify accounting issues and implement solutions independently, bringing recommendations to leadership
• Partner cross‑functionally to drive reporting improvements, integration, and process enhancements

• CPA required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 4‑10+ years of progressive experience from either public accounting audit or a mixture of public accounting and industry is required
• Prior leadership experience managing accounting staff
• Strong technical GAAP knowledge with ability to address complex areas and acquisitions
• ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to operate in a high‑growth, acquisitive environment
