Senior Corporate Accountant

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

We are looking for a qualified Corporate accountant to join our growing team. Please note this would be an On-site role

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reports
• Clean up historical balance sheet accounts across all entities
• Reconcile balance sheet activity and bank statements for multiple accounts
• Calculate monthly interest income and track investor activity
• Generate A/R invoices and post various journal entries (accruals, prepaids, etc.)
• Manage investor contributions and distributions tracking
• Handle Sales Tax returns filing across multiple schedules
  
  Administer corporate credit card program
• Code all corporate cash transactions
• Support real estate investment fund accounting and audit prep
• Assist with inactive/sold project close-outs
• Collaborate across teams (development, construction, property management)
• Meet all closing deadlines (monthly and quarterly)
• Maintain financial confidentiality and monitor fraud risks
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting aligned with company goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to Real Estate Management or dealing with Fund accounting
• Good understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Sage, Quick Books)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
