Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client looking for a detail-oriented, organized Accounts Payable professional to join their Accounting Department and play an important role in keeping day-to-day financial operations running smoothly.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll manage key aspects of the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including:

• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Process and post a high volume of invoices into the accounting system.
• Prepare and generate Accounts Payable and refund checks.
• Research vendor statements, invoice discrepancies, and payment questions.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain organized files for paid and unpaid invoices, statements, and related documentation.
• Process Positive Pay using Check Mate and Billing Zone.
• Work closely with coworkers, management, clients, and other stakeholders while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
• Assist with other Accounting Department responsibilities as needed.
