Statesystems Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist in Houston to accurately post customer payments from ACH, lockbox, credit cards and remote deposits, and to support AR processes and month-end close.
You will reconcile receipts, apply payments to invoices using remittance details, and collaborate with AR and Billing teams to resolve issues. A high school diploma and 2+ years in cash applications are required;
Excel and remittance processing experience preferred.
