Full-Time | On-Site We are partnering with a growing law firm seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, lead a team of five, and improve processes and efficiencies. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position offers the opportunity to strengthen accounting infrastructure and support continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations, including billing, AP, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of five accounting and billing professionals.
Streamline accounting processes, improve workflows, and establish internal controls.
Oversee high-volume billing and transactional accounting activities.
Improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and accountability.
