This role supports strategic decision-making by delivering reliable financial reporting, leading accounting teams, and maintaining strong internal controls that support organizational growth and stability.
** Duties & Responsibilities
*** Oversee general ledger and financial reporting processes
* Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate audits and serve as a primary liaison with external auditors
* Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
* Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff## Qualifications
** Education & Training
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* CPA certification strongly preferred
* Ongoing professional education in accounting standards and regulations
** Knowledge, Skills & Experience
*** 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles
* Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles and financial reporting
* Experience working with accounting and ERP systems
* Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
