Manager to join our
Audit Advisory team in our
CFO Advisory practice.

Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

The group works with the office of the CFO function from startups to middle market to upper middle market companies. We help CFOs navigate strategic, operational, and accounting challenges. We regularly assist them in preparing for a public or a private transaction and work closely with the M&A group in providing pre and post-transaction support. As an Accounting &Audit Advisory Manager, you will help clients navigate the audit process by ensuring financial data information, schedules, analyses, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and audit-ready. Acting as a liaison between client accounting teams, controllers, and external auditors, you will coordinate information requests, manage data integrity, and help drive efficient audit execution and manage the audit process, including a high volume of auditor requests and deliverables, while helping client teams understand and respond effectively to auditor requirements.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, a strong understanding of audit procedures and financial reporting, and the ability to translate complex financial information into well-organized, supportable audit documentation.
