- Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM OR 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Work-from-Home Flexibility: One day per week, once fully trained.
- Testing Requirement: Candidates must be able to successfully complete an advanced Excel assessment, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Job Description:
- Handle A/P transactions and payments for domestic vendors and international agents reconciling statements while ensuring proper approvals, verification of charges and ensuring payments are made within agreed terms
- Help automate processes and streamline procedures; eliminating repetitive or manual steps
- Tracking and posting invoices
- Researching and resolving discrepancies, questions, and concerns from vendors, agents, and partners while keeping confidentiality where applicable
- Capably and confidently identify, prioritize and resolve service challenges, while managing a full workload in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ years' of accounts payable
- Experience with excel knowledge, including pivot tables, V-lookup, etc.
- Freight and logistics industry experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn and master our Accounting and Operations ERP system (Cargo Wise)
