* About the role:

**** We are seeking a full-time
** AR Specialist I who will be responsible for assisting with the timely completion of the daily accounts receivable functions within our Oils & Lubricants business stream.
*
* About you:

*
* * Operate main line phones.
* Process high volume credit card payments.
* Maintain Customer Portals.
* Create Customer Invoice Summaries.
* Enter Orders for Specific Customers.
* Follow up invoice queries.
* Liaise with clients.
* Reconcile monthly reports and debtor accounts.
* Answer all debtor inquiries professionally.
* Assist with month-end procedures.
* Responsible for collections for the company.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Required Qualifications:

*** High school diploma/GED is required.
* Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
* 3-5 years accounts recievable experience preferred  
** Physical Demands:
*** Must be able to work on a computer while sitting for up to 8 hours per day.
* Perform housekeeping duties as required.  
*
* Core Competencies:

*** Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
* Ability to prepare Credit Account Applications for approval.
* Ability to negotiate payment arrangements.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to adapt to changes in organizational structure and software.
