What you will contribute- Process and reconcile payroll information accurately and confidentially.
- Maintain accurate, traceable financial records appropriate to the role
- Apply approvals, segregation, reconciliation, and exception controls
- Protect confidential financial and payroll information
- Explain discrepancies and next steps clearly
- Accuracy and evidence-based reconciliation habits
- Appropriate spreadsheet or accounting-system fluency for the role
- Ability to identify errors and controls in a sanitized practical case
