Part-Time Payroll Specialist

• Process and review payroll transactions, including employee hours, earnings, deductions, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize People Soft to enter, maintain, and verify payroll data and employee information.
• Review timesheets, payroll changes, and supporting documentation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and research payroll‑related inquiries from employees and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Support payroll reporting, audits, and other administrative duties as needed.

• Previous experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
• Hands‑on experience with People Soft is required.
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures, wage calculations, deductions, and applicable payroll regulations.
