The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for managing the accounts receivable department and is ultimately responsible for the efficient management of cash receipts application of all payments in a timely fashion.
Accounts Receivable Supervisor Responsibilities- Oversee daily/month end closing processes related to cash receipts.
- Maintain accurate records and control reports.
- Monitor expenditures and implement corrective steps by identifying significant variances.
- Communicate and explain work procedures to subordinates.
- Define, develop and implement collections and accounts receivable policies and procedures.
- Make recommendations for improvements for daily cash application.
- Delegate, review, prepare or assist with internal and external audit schedules as assigned.
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred
- 5-7 years related experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
