- Process daily cash applications, ensuring same-day posting of all lockbox, ACH, and manual payments.
- Reconcile bank transactions with customer accounts using remittance and deposit details.
- Research and resolve unapplied or unidentified payments in coordination with customers and internal credit teams.
- Prepare daily check deposits and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist with account reconciliations, variance analysis, and posting tie-outs.
- 2-5 years of experience in cash applications, AR, or accounting support.
- Experience with ERP systems (P21, Syteline, or similar preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce or High Radius cash automation tools a plus.
