Sr. Billing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Billing Specialist to support a high-volume billing environment. This individual will be responsible for managing billing activity across multiple systems and customer web portals, performing detailed reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. We currently have an initial backlog the team needs expertise to clear within Amazon’s web portal.

• Manage high-volume billing and invoice processing across multiple systems and customer web portals.
• Utilize Amazon web portals to submit, track, reconcile, and maintain billing activity.
• Reconcile invoices and billing data across several systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Research outstanding or rejected invoices and proactively follow up through resolution.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure information is consistent across internal and external systems.
• Use Microsoft Excel extensively for reconciliation, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers regarding invoice status, discrepancies, and required documentation.
• Help work through billing backlogs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.

• 10+ years of billing experience.
• Extensive experience working with customer billing web portals, specifically with Amazon’s web portal.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with large datasets and reconciliation.
• Strong experience reconciling billing information across multiple systems.
• Ability to manage a significant volume of invoices while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Senior-level ability to independently investigate billing issues and drive them through resolution.
