The AP Specialist will support high-volume accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, employee expense reimbursements, and supplier payments. Working within a multi-entity and multi-currency environment, this position combines invoice management, payment reconciliation, Oracle ERP processes, and month-end accounting support

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices and employee expense reports through ERP accounts payable systems.
• Review invoice details, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections to ensure accurate payment processing.
• Maintain vendor payment information and resolve supplier inquiries related to invoices and disbursements.
• Review expense reports, check registers, outstanding checks, and payment records for errors or irregularities.
• Generate check registers, process pending transactions, and calculate balances to support cash forecasting.
• Download cleared check information and maintain accurate outstanding check records.
• Complete monthly and annual accounts payable close activities according to established schedules.
• Audit employee expense reports for compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Review corporate credit card transactions and prepare related month-end journal entries.
• Maintain accurate accounting records across multiple entities and currencies.
• Prepare accounts payable documentation and supporting schedules for external audits.
• Assist with ERP system testing, finance module updates, and accounting process improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of accounts payable or related accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Experience processing high-volume invoices and payments required.
• Hands-on experience using ERP finance or accounts payable modules required.
• Oracle ERP or Oracle Finance experience strongly preferred.
• Experience processing supplier invoices, employee expenses, vendor payments, and AP reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end close and preparing or reviewing accounting entries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in international, multi-entity, or multi-currency accounting environments preferred.
• Experience communicating with suppliers and internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
